1. Custom Orders Only

All garments by Collarbone London are made-to-order, crafted individually to your exact specifications from fabric and silhouette to finishing details. Every piece is unique and created exclusively for you. Accordingly, all sales are final.

2. Order Confirmation & Client Responsibility

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

You have carefully reviewed and approved all style, fit, and material choices.
You have either submitted your own measurements or verified them through our consultation process.
You understand that colors and textures may vary slightly due to natural materials or digital displays.
You are entering into a legally binding contract upon checkout.

We are available to assist during the selection and design process, but all final choices remain the customers responsibility.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our offering, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

The garment differs materially from the agreed-upon. specifications.
A fault in workmanship or materials is identified and confirmed by us.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@collarbonelondon.com with your order number and clear images of the issue. We will assess your claim and advise accordingly.

4. Measurement Accuracy

The success of each garment depends on accurate measurements. If you provide your own measurements, you accept full responsibility of it’s accuracy. Collarbone London is not liable for fit issues resulting from inaccurate submissions.

We recommend:

Booking a virtual or in-person measurement session (where available).
Visit a professional tailor to take measurements on your behalf.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are shown in GBP(£) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Full payment is required at checkout to initiate the tailoring process.

6. International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Collarbone London is not responsible for customs delays or charges, nor can we accept returns due to unpaid import fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including designs, images, logos, and written material are the intellectual property of Collarbone Limited. Use, reproduction, or distribution of this content without express written permission is prohibited.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue our services, pricing, or website functionality at any time without notice or liability.
