Collarbone sources only the finest of fabrics handpicked from various mills worldwide. Our ranges are typically 2ply luxury cotton starting from a minimum threadcount of super 80s.
Cuffs
With our 15 variations of shirt cuffs to choose from, our clients can get creative with the choices available at no extra cost.
Pockets
Our pocket selection are as practical as they are stylish with every choice carefully refined to meet the needs for a pocket.
Yokes
With our selection of yokes, you can be rest assured in the added support this lends to your shirt construction. They also serve as a strong indication of a well tailored shirt.
Collars
With over 22 different variations of Collars to choose from there are no limits to combinations of collars to select and begin creating your shirts. All crafted and tested by us.

Our Story
Ever wondered why men’s shirts are sold by neck sizes that rarely fit well elsewhere? Typically offered in white, blue, and pink hues, with limited variety in collar and cuff designs, leaving little room for individuality. We obsessed over this question and decided that shirts, as a vital staple in a man’s wardrobe, deserved better. We envisioned a world where shirts are crafted around the unique identity of the wearer—a world without restrictive sizing conventions, where shirts are made on demand, tailored to purpose, and delivered with a quick turnaround.
Our mission is to bring this vision to life through an integrated platform that leverages a network of select local partners and tailors in London and beyond. Our Founder
The story of Collarbone begins with our founder, Gerald Onuorah. Standing 6 feet 5 inches tall, Gerald has long faced the challenge of finding clothing that fits his frame. Shirts with sleeves long enough to suit his dimensions were especially difficult to find. This struggle sparked a passion—a drive to learn, reimagine, and revive the long-lost traditions of shirtmaking. Gerald envisioned a modern, on-demand, and convenient approach to crafting shirts that combine timeless artistry with contemporary needs.

From the moment I had a in person fitting to the moment the stunning shirts arrived, the service from Collarbone was first rate. Gerald gave great advice on the fabrics and bespoke options and kept me informed throughout the process until the point of delivery, whilst also checking in I was happy with the finished product.
